Well said my friend. Unfortunately, I can't afford to go either. Keep your dreams alive man.
I got back from Seattle a couple weeks ago. What an experience! Naturally, the driving was by far my favorite. The students and instructors were so great. I'm still going through withdrawls!
How's everything going? I see that you went to the International Stunt School recently. I'm headed out to Seattle in a month to do the same thing. :-)
Do you have any sugguestions or tips for me?

Profile Information
Are you a professional driver?
Not yet, but I'm taking steps in that direction.
About Me:
I love driving. I love learning. I love learning about the dynamics of driving and how to effectively control a vehicle in a manner that may not seem at all possible. I love precision, timing, and taking calculated risks while behind the wheel of a car. It fascinates me to no end. In all honesty, word's cannot fully describe this yearning, passion, and scream of my heart. I just know it's something I must do.
I have experience with various stunts that are performed for film, television, and live shows. I've been trained by David Boushey in armed and unarmed combat and how to fight for the camera at the United Stuntmen's Association's International Stunt School.
Some of my skills include High Falls, Fire Burns, Air Ram, Rachet, Stair Falls, Mini Tramp, Wire Work, Rappelling Harness Work, Horse Work, and Weaponry. I was also trained in some precision driving with Steve Buckley.
Of all the things I've learned, I absolutely love driving. I love learning how to drive better, there is always some new skill to learn and practice for driving. Being a stunt/precision driver is actually what I hope to make my career someday.
I love Jesus. I love learning more about how to follow Him. I love friends and meeting/making new friends. I love family. I love learning and obtaining true knowledge and wisdom. I enjoy being very professional, safe and mature as well as being spontaneous, fun, outgoing, witty, and risky. I don’t hesitate about pushing the envelope at times. I enjoy a good thrill. I enjoy doing stunts. I enjoy risky situations. Where others may shy away, I will go forward. Given that I’ve evaluated the situation at hand and my own abilities of course; I’m not that arrogant or haughty, I know my limitations and don’t want to do something that’s obviously stupid, but Lord knows I’ve had my stupid moments. I’m not perfect, nor will I ever be. Sometimes you won’t know unless you try. I don’t really drink. I’ve never been drunk. I think alcohol, for the most part, is distasteful. I’d rather be the DD and make sure everyone gets home safe instead. I don’t smoke or do any other drugs for that matter. I like to stay sober and aware of the situation at hand. I enjoy honing my reflexes, my attention to detail, and my situational awareness. I enjoy photography and learning more about it through experience and experimentation. I enjoy playing World of Warcraft. I enjoy playing Call of Duty 4. I enjoy playing Guitar Hero III. I enjoy traveling and experiencing new things and new places. I enjoy people (not customers, haha). I enjoy company. I enjoy serving others. I enjoy building others up. I enjoy encouraging and exhorting. I enjoy deep and thoughtful conversations. I enjoy being there for my friends when I am able to. I enjoy playing the guitar, even though I don’t know how. I enjoy trying to sing, even though I can’t do that either. I enjoy drifting my RX7. I enjoy worshiping Jesus Christ. I enjoy listening to music. I enjoy laughing till it hurts and wakes up the neighbors. I enjoy listening to the rain and thunder. I really enjoy cats. I enjoy swing dancing. I enjoy a good game of Spades and Phase 10. I enjoy a good firm handshake when meeting someone for the first time. I'm a natural night owl.
